MSRP is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for a product. Atlas Group focuses on sourcing collectibles at that price. The Atlas service fee is separate; store taxes and shipping may also apply. Review the listed product price, your budget and the fee before authorizing a request.

A product available for signup with Atlas Group at a selected store. You may also hear it called a release, drop or run. Open Browse products to see the product, signup deadline and service fee.

Open the product you want, then select saved checkout profiles or choose Add a profile for this product. The store is selected for you. Save your details to return to the same product, then add another profile if needed. Review the total items, product budget and estimated service fee before sending your request.

Saving a profile does not submit a purchase request. You confirm your choices separately.

Yes. Open each product and choose the profiles to use. A saved profile can be used for more than one product at the same store. Each product has its own quantity, spending limit and approval. Those limits add up across your requests.

Your saved profiles remain in your account until you delete them. Cancelling one queued request does not cancel your other requests.

Enter the card’s 3- or 4-digit CVV beside its card details when creating or editing a checkout profile. With your permission, Atlas stores it encrypted with that profile so it stays available after site restarts. Profile lists show whether a code is saved without displaying the code itself.

You can also add or replace a code when requesting a product, or open an eligible request in My requests and choose Add or replace security code. Updating a saved profile’s code also updates it for other approved requests using that profile. These card details are used for purchases from the store; Atlas service-fee payments are separate.

The website owner can clear codes from selected profiles or finish a drop and clear the codes from profiles used in it. That also affects other drops using the same profiles. Exporting or restarting the site does not clear saved codes.

Clearing a live code does not erase existing backups, downloaded exports, or copies imported into other software. Exported files contain payment details and must be handled privately by the operator. Do not send card details or security codes in support messages.

Your request authorizes Atlas Group to purchase the selected product within your approved limits. Follow progress in My requests; confirmed purchases appear in Purchase results. Product availability and the store accepting the order determine fulfillment.

The product cost and Atlas service fee are separate. Each buying opportunity lists a fee per item bought or a percentage of the product total. You review and accept it before sending a request.

Example: if the service fee is $12 per item and 4 items are bought, the Atlas fee is $48. The store’s charge is separate. If no items are bought, there is no success fee.

After your result is recorded, view your fee in Fees & payments and choose Open payment ticket. Open a ticket in the Atlas Discord server and include your request reference. The team confirms the amount, handles payment with you, and records it on your account.

They apply to each checkout profile you select. Selecting 2 profiles with a quantity of 3 asks for up to 6 items. A $100 product budget on each of those profiles means up to $200 in product cost. The agreed service fee is extra.

Open it in My requests. While it is still queued and nothing has been bought, you can cancel it. If work has started, contact Help & support so the team can review it. A message does not automatically cancel an order or issue a refund.

To change a checkout profile used by an active request, cancel the queued request first or ask support for help.
